Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third attempt, the package will be redirected to our warehouse.

Please note: once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.

As all orders are processed automatically, it is not possible for us to change dispatch and delivery times.

You will receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can also visit the Track Your Order section to check the status of your order.

Returns

All returns are free of charge.

You can easily return your order. We remind you that items must be returned intact, in their original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days from receipt of your order. Masks cannot be returned.

• Please complete the Online Return Form to generate your return label.

• Prepare the package, print the DHL label and attach it to the Balmain.com box (or other robust cardboard box) on top of the previous one.

• Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and that the labels are attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept the goods returned or provide a refund.

• Contact DHL by phone at 00420840103000 or visit www.dhl.com to schedule a pick-up at your desired location. If a tracking number is required, you can find it on the DHL pre-paid label (the number under the first barcode of your label). You can also drop off the package at a DHL service point of your choice.

You can also download and view the paper return form to exercise your right of withdrawal. For further details, please consult the Right of Withdrawal information in the Return Policy
